Backups are Back

If you did not know, off-site backups are now in production mode! This means if you have an Enterprise or Extreme Minecraft Server, you can create a ticket and request 3 backup slots for free. (If you want more slots, we will be adding a configurable option for this soon)

If you have a Budget Minecraft Server, you can buy the backup addon (like how it was in the past). Just go to the client area and login (https://billing.sparkedhost.com) -> My Services -> Select your Budget Server -> Press Upgrade/Downgrade Options (http://prntscr.com/131wvm1) -> Go to Backups and select a new configuration (http://prntscr.com/131wwih) -> Checkout.

How to make an automatic backup schedule within the panel

1. Go to the schedules tab and enter the information. https://prnt.sc/133457u

2. Click on the schedule created after. https://prnt.sc/13345fq

3. Click New Task, enter this information. https://prnt.sc/11sdwrg

4. Click create task.
